RETURN / REFUND POLICY

4. Bonuses and Promo Codes

4.1. If bonuses or promo credits were applied to a deposit, a refund request will result in:

  • full cancellation of all bonuses;
  • recalculation of the balance.

4.2. Bonus credits have no monetary value and are not subject to refund.
